If you are looking to do something in the sky, you will need a power search light. I understand that you are out of the country, so you might want to find a local company in your area that can rent this to you on days with overcast. For something smaller (projected onto a building/wall), setup on a long term basis, we can help you with designing a pattern to use in the fixture of your choice.
